The creative process is a form of meditation—a way of exhaling emotion through the expression of form. Each piece is part of a shifting mood, swinging between structure and impulse, learning to experience feeling “lost” as a powerful guide through the winding terrain of exploration.
On one side is the pull toward stability—the thinking mind’s need to measure and predict. On the other is a trust-fall into the unknown, where blind spots open into vast emotion and intuition. Beneath it all runs a current of spontaneous insight—always watching, always ready to dance with us here on the surface.
